AI Software Engineer
Job description
The AI Engineer designs, builds, and operationalizes enterprise-grade AI solutions in a highly regulated banking environment. This role executes AI engineering and MLOps/LLMOps to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready systems.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in cloud engineering with an understanding/focus on AI/ML systems
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure and GCP)
- An understanding of production concerns: reliability, scalability, observability, cost, and security
- Familiarity with model risk management, audit requirements, and regulatory review processes
- Experience with or a strong understanding of enterprise MLOps / LLMOps tooling and platform design
Pay & benefits
- Compensation $70,000 to $100000 depending on experience
