Position : SECURITY GUARD / CONCIERGE Site : Condominium Building Schedule:

FULL-TIME / MONDAY TO FRIDAY 3PM - 11PM FULL-TIME / MONDAY TO FRIDAY 11PM - 7AM Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Opportunity to earn more depending on skills, qualification and leadership experience.

Ensure the safety and protection of residents and building property

Enforce access control

Internal and external foot patrolling of the building property

Respond and deescalate incidents

Prepare written reports as required

Monitor security camera and CCTV

Respond to resident requests

Build strong relationships with residents and contractors

Programming FOB?s and garage remotes Minimum Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

Valid work permit

Security background check

Moderate physical activity: standing and/or walking for entirety of shift

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations

Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements

Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
