embroidery machine operator

Merit Embroidery & Printing is one of Western Canada's largest full service apparel decorator providing embroidery, screen printing, vinyl heat transfer, sublimation and laser imprinting to our valued clients.

We have a full time position available in our EMBROIDERY department ASAP for an embroidery machine operator.

We are looking for long term team members so will only consider candidates whose status in Canada is either citizen or PR. No experience is necessary, however, any background or experience with industrial sewing or embroidery will be a definite asset.

The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, energetic and efficient, have an eye for detail and excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced work setting.

Reliability, honesty, flexibility are some of the key requirements.

Must be quality conscious, a team player and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Other experience in screen printing, heat press, sublimation etc. in a production shop setting will be a bonus.
