Job description
Seeking motivated workers for a small crew oyster farm in Deep Bay, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Duties include loading and screening oysters, pressure washing trays, operating boats, and grading oysters.
Hard requirements
- Must be in good physical shape (able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly and sometimes overhead)
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Experience working with boats and hydraulics
- Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Effective communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, accountable, positive, and hardworking team player
