Crisis intervention manager

Job description
Hire and train staff, direct and advise them, resolve conflicts, and coach 11-15 people in community and social services.
Must complete work on site in a rural area for an association or non-profit organization.
Hard requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, and organized nature
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
