Job description
HVAC Technician responsible for maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of commercial HVAC systems.
Hard requirements
  • Secondary School Graduation Diploma
  • Valid G1 Gas License (or G2 working towards G1)
  • Minimum 5 years and 5000 hours of previous related experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Proven time management, scheduling, job planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prepare documentation for standard maintenance practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes for failure finding and restoring services
  • Comfortable using technology including Work Management System (eBASE) with mobile technology
  • Standard First Aid Certification, CPR certification
  • Working at Heights/Elevated Platform certification, including ability to set up and use personnel lift equipment
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License, Class G with a clean abstract

Work format
