The Laundry Attendant is a position integral to the success of the hotel and the maintenance of the facility.

This position should be filled by someone who gains incredible satisfaction from looking at spotless, wrinkle-free linens and who loves clean laundry!

The ideal candidate understands the importance of maintaining meticulous standards in a luxury hotel and possesses excellent guest service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sort laundry into specific classifications for preparation of washing according to established standards and procedures.

Pre-treat any spots on dirty linens, towels, robes, etc.

Safely and efficiently operate the wash machines, dryers, and irons.

Press linens and fold according to demonstrated pattern.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area.

Ensure par levels of towels, linens, etc are replenished and ready for use in the guest rooms and spa.

Monitor equipment for damage and notify Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance.
