Job description
The Junior Commercial HVAC Dispatcher supports a small team by coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between customers and technicians. Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, this role manages schedules, tracks orders, and resolves issues to maintain high service levels in the commercial HVAC sector.
Hard requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC dispatching
- High school diploma or equivalent
