Duties
The Program Manager reports to the Chief Scientific Officer and plays a key role in expanding product lines by managing new product launches, improvements, and strategic initiatives. This core member of the Scientific group strategizes, oversees, and coordinates projects to achieve business objectives.
Hard requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in life science, technology, engineering, business and/or proven relevant work experience in the medical device manufacturing industry
- Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience, preferably in a research or medical device manufacturing environment
- Track record of successfully managing projects spanning a wide range of project types
- Experience managing new product development projects, with proven track record in the commercialization and successful launch of new products into market
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Experience using project management software (Microsoft Project)
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Pay & benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from $100,000-$110,000
