Charcutier at Au Saucisson Vaudois in Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville, QC. The role involves manufacturing house-made charcuterie such as sausages, hams, and pâtés, preparing spice mixes and marinades, monitoring quality of raw materials and finished products, completing quality control paperwork, and managing inventory of raw materials.
Hard requirements
  • No specific education required (DEP in professional cuisine or butchery is an asset)
  • Experience in a food processing plant is an asset
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Beginner level French (written and spoken)
