Job description
Architectural design for renovations, custom homes, multi-unit and T.I projects. Oversee on-site measuring, drawing as-built conditions, and generating 3D drawings.
Hard requirements
- Architect AIBC or in process of securing A.I.B.C certification
- Minimum 10 years experience in the B.C. Single-Family residential construction industry
- Clear + current knowledge of the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws
- Experience with both renovation and new construction Part 9 single-family residential
- Excellent communication skills and composure
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
- Experience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar software
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skills
- Understanding of Worksafe BC residential construction Health & Safety Guidelines
Pay & benefits
- $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
- Built Green, Net Zero, Passive House and high-performance design experience is an asset
