Hard requirements
- Master's degree
- 5 years or more experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Willing to travel
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Experience in project management, reliability engineering, and nuclear power or highways/transportation
- Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
