Job description
Sodexo seeks a Chef Manager to manage daily food production operations, financials, and kitchen team supervision while ensuring compliance with safety and legislative standards. The role involves overseeing catering functions, establishing vendor relationships, and promoting the culinary program to internal and external audiences.
Hard requirements
- Red Seal Certification preferred
- 5 years' experience in Chef leadership role
- Previous University, College or Private School environment experience an asset
- Knowledge in the understanding and preparation of a variety of cuisines is an asset
- Ability to pass both a standard background check and Vulnerable Sector Screening
