Job description
Director of Processing to lead plant operations, optimize performance, and ensure safety and quality standards at True North Salmon.
Hard requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in fish processing
- Strong background in plant operations, yield optimization, and cost control
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive measurable results
- Expertise in food safety systems (HACCP, CFIA, SQF, BRC)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
