Job description
The Rail Execution Specialist evaluates distribution and transportation operations to identify effective patterns, managing data, reporting, shipping, and client interactions within the Ag & Trading enterprise.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in rail transportation, fleet management, transportation logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience working directly with rail carriers and transportation service providers
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay & benefits
- Expected salary of $64,000 - $80,000
- Eligible for a discretionary incentive award dependent on company and personal performance
- Comprehensive benefit program including medical benefits dependent on position and hours worked
