Job description
The Dispatcher coordinates drivers from pickup to delivery, ensuring internal departments are updated and maintaining a positive company image while solving problems in challenging situations.
Hard requirements
- Minimum of 2 years truckload dispatch experience is an asset
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Working knowledge of the North American transportation industry
- ACE and Customs/border crossing experience an asset
- Experience with EDM (or similar dispatch systems) is considered an asset
Pay & benefits
- Salary: $60,000
