Senior reliability engineer - embedded products
Job description
Create reliability initiatives for critical grid automation embedded and software products, including protection relays and control devices, to ensure system resilience and regulatory compliance. Lead cross-functional teams to apply reliability engineering methodologies that support utility customers in achieving higher uptime and safer grid operation.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in reliability, systems, or product engineering in the energy or utility sector
Pay & benefits
- Canadian-based position: $162,900.00 to $244,300.00 CAD Annual
- U.S.-based position: $152,400.00 to $254,000.00 USD Annual
- Discretionary annual bonus eligibility
- Geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas (U.S.)
