Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to managers and employees, addressing business needs across employee relations, recruitment, and training. This role supports the Fastfrate Group's warehousing and fulfillment operations by ensuring HR best practices align with company goals.
Hard requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years human resources generalist experience including employee relations, workplace investigations, and recruitment
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable with Canada Labour Code (CLC) and Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) legislation
Pay & benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

Work format
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- On-site at 2160 Buckingham Place, Oakville, ON, L6H 6M7 (with travel to various locations 1-2 times per week)
