Job description
The Program Manager oversees business and financial affairs for the Scarborough Charter Secretariat, managing budgets, resources, and special projects to advance organizational objectives. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
Hard requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Project Management, Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Working knowledge of business operations including accounting, finance, procurement, risk management, and related policies
- Experience presenting business cases or reports with data components to boards, committees, or senior management
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
