Job description
Service HVAC equipment and accessories per manufacturer specs and local codes, ensuring safe operation and instructing customers on proper care and maintenance. Build positive customer relationships by offering additional products and services while demonstrating problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
Hard requirements
  • Growth mindset: dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow.
  • Completed minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Gas Technician II license.
  • Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • At least a Class G Driver’s License.
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Very punctual and dependable.
