Maintenance scheduler
Job description
As a Maintenance Scheduler at the Kelowna Warehouse (Reids Corner), you coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, manage work orders through the CMMS, and develop schedules to support safe, reliable building operations in a healthcare environment.
Hard requirements
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized program in building technology
- Must have successfully completed a diploma in Architectural and Building Technology
- 3 years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience with Computer Maintenance Management System is an asset
