Job description
Casual Recreation Programmer to provide support to the Day Program for the Older Adults team at Fellburn Care Centre in Burnaby, BC. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic recreation and social programs to meet client needs.
Hard requirements
- Graduation from a recognized recreational program plus one (1) year recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to supervise.
- Ability to organize work.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
Pay & benefits
- CAD $33.83 / hour.
