Drafter (Team Leader)
Job description
Supervise the technical drafting team and collaborates with engineers to ensure production quality and efficiency for major component drawings.
Hard requirements
- Diploma in industrial design, mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical drawing experience, including 2 years in supervision
- Mastery of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
