Hard requirements
  • Combination of relevant professional experience and education
  • Licensed mutual fund representative (MFR) if aiming to develop in a Banking Advisor role
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to different situations
Pay & benefits
  • Starting salary of $18.73 per hour, increasing based on job level
