Hard requirements
- Combination of relevant professional experience and education
- Licensed mutual fund representative (MFR) if aiming to develop in a Banking Advisor role
- Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients
- Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
- Ability to adapt to different situations
Pay & benefits
- Starting salary of $18.73 per hour, increasing based on job level
