Job description
Project Centre Sales Representatives partner with customers to understand needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. They make recommendations to solve customer problems and drive sales through engagement and product knowledge.
Hard requirements
- Strong foundation in sales and customer service
- Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team player skills
- Confident, persuasive, energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
- Knowledge of building materials and the construction process (asset)
- Bilingual - French/English
Pay & benefits
- Base salary plus commission
- Starting Salary range: 37,440.00+Commission, depending on experience
