Job description
Manager of Fish Performance and Remote Operations drives feed optimization strategies using AI and automation and leads a high-performing team within the Operations Centre.
Hard requirements
  • Degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Animal Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in aquaculture operations, feed strategy, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies in aquaculture
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices
