Job description
Bell is seeking an accomplished Director to lead its national Data Centre Engineering team, driving the mechanical and electrical design strategy behind the AI Fabric program. This role involves guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams and engaging customers to advance complex solution designs for high performance data centres.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; P.Eng designation strongly preferred
- 12?15+ years of experience in mission critical data centre engineering, with at least 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Demonstrated expertise in high density compute environments, advanced cooling strategies, power distribution, redundancy architectures, and data centre capacity planning
- Strong background in customer facing engagements, including consultative technical discussions, solution design, and support for pre-sales activities
- Deep understanding of codes and standards relevant to data centre environments (ASHRAE, CSA, NEC/NFPA, Uptime, TIA942, etc.)
Pay & benefits
