Ensuring a high standard of customer service and safe environment

Assist manager in fostering a positive work environment.

Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.

Ensuring that all processes, duties are completed to standards.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in goals and expectations.

Proven experience in supervising or a similar role.

Punctuality

Proficiency with POS systems and retail sales processes.

Experience in customer facing roles

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
