food and beverage processing supervisor
Duties
Minimize hazards in the food production process, prepare reports, recommend productivity improvements, and apply quality control procedures.
Hard requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Experience in Quality assurance or control
- Industry experience in Shipping line
- Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
