Job description
Lead the Com/Ag Relationship team by creating an exceptional member experience, fostering team culture, and driving performance through coaching and development. While maintaining involvement in complex lending and portfolio oversight, success comes from leading people and strengthening relationships with commercial and agricultural members.
Hard requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial and/or agricultural financial services, including significant exposure to lending and portfolio management
- 3-5 years of leadership experience with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and motivating employees
Pay & benefits
- $97K–$133K/yr
