Job description
The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General is seeking qualified lawyers to join Public Prosecutions as Crown Prosecutors. Responsibilities include conducting court appearances, trials and appeals, reviewing police investigations, providing legal advice, and exercising prosecutorial discretion.
Hard requirements
  • Must be a qualified lawyer eligible for membership and in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
  • Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Must possess strong advocacy, communication, judgment, decision-making, and legal analysis skills
  • Must have integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work with justice system partners
  • Must be accountable, ethical, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to public service excellence
