Job description
Signature Supplements Inc. seeks an Account Manager in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to support customers with education and customized natural health product solutions while maintaining and developing customer relationships and growing sales. The role involves providing technical support to practitioners, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating with leadership on business strategies.
Hard requirements
- 2+ years experience working with supplements, preferably in a naturopathic setting, along with solid comprehension of vitamins, minerals, and natural products
- 1+ year of account management experience, providing exceptional service standards and sales growth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- French communication skills would be considered a tremendous asset
- Comfortable facilitating group trainings and leading meetings
- Professionalism to ensure the integrity of sensitive information
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Solutions driven, detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and operational demands
- Naturopathic, holistic nutrition and/or supplement background
