Duties
Legal professional advising clients on legal proceedings, representing them in small claims court, and assisting lawyers with mediation and dispute resolutions.
Hard requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program
  • Pega certified professional
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
