Duties
Legal professional advising clients on legal proceedings, representing them in small claims court, and assisting lawyers with mediation and dispute resolutions.
Hard requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program
- Pega certified professional
- Valid driver's licence
- Basic security clearance
- Criminal record check
