Job description
Provide Reliability Engineering and Logistics Support Analysis solutions for Commercial and Military Aerospace, Naval, and Land Programs contracts. Determine appropriate maintenance tools, develop preventive strategies, perform cost analyses, and conduct system safety assessments while mentoring junior staff.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with demonstrable electrical knowledge), or dedicated Reliability Engineering degree
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years specializing in reliability engineering
- Demonstrated failure analysis experience
- Experience using Windchill Quality Solutions (Relex or similar RAMS Modelling application) and Omega PS (or similar LSAR database)
- Eligibility to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. ITAR, and Canadian government security clearances
