Job description
Under the Finance Manager, this role implements financial policies and internal controls to manage resources efficiently in accordance with Canadian ASPE. The incumbent performs monthly account reconciliations and supports the audit process for NuStef Baking Ltd.
Hard requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Proficiency in accounting software for GL, A/P, A/R, and Financial Statement generation
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule and tight deadlines requiring general ledger closure after EOD on period ends
- High attention to detail and experience working with highly confidential information
