data architect
Job description
This is a full-time Data Architect role to support the evolution of enterprise data architecture and enablement. You will translate business needs into practical data designs, models, and integration patterns.
Hard requirements
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise data architecture and conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
- Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, cloud or hybrid analytics architecture, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, enterprise integration, API architecture, SQL, and relational database design.
- Working knowledge of data governance, stewardship, master data management, metadata, lineage, data quality, privacy, security, retention, and access-control principles.
- Experience developing architecture documentation, integration patterns, or analytics-environment designs for senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical options and recommendations.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority.
- A bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
