Job description
Taxi Dispatcher manages incoming ride requests, coordinates the driver fleet, and ensures prompt customer service in Banff. This fast-paced role requires quick thinking to handle high-volume calls and dispatch taxis to various locations.
Hard requirements
- Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, call center, or hospitality strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong geographical knowledge of Banff, Lake Louise, Canmore, and surrounding areas (or ability to learn quickly)
- Comfortable using computers, dispatch software, and two-way radios
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be located in Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, or Cochrane
