Job description
Skills Canada Saskatchewan is seeking an In-School Education Coordinator to help youth discover career opportunities in skilled trades and technologies by traveling to schools across the province. The role involves delivering engaging presentations, hands-on workshops, and building relationships with educators and industry partners.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Career Development, Human Services, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with youth in educational, community, recreation, outreach, or similar settings.
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Successful Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Pay & benefits
- $24.00-$26.00/hour, commensurate with education and experience.
Work format
- Full-Time
- Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Extensive travel throughout Saskatchewan, including overnight stays (40-60%)
