Duties
Provide legal support in an urban legal firm and administrative tribunal, advising clients on proceedings, preparing trial documents, and assisting with mediation.
Hard requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3 to less than 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of legal software applications, MS Office, Outlook, Database, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Provincial/Territorial Court, Municipal Court, Appeals, Administrative law court, and Research
