lunch supervisor

We are looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to join our Dairy Queen team.

As a supervisor, you will help keep the restaurant running smoothly during your shifts, support the team, and handle situations that come up throughout the day.

This is a hands-on position.

Supervisors are still very much part of the regular team and will spend their shifts making Blizzards, preparing Chill products, decorating cakes, serving customers, and helping wherever needed.

You will also have the added responsibility of helping lead the team and handling issues when they come up.

Supervising and supporting team members during your shift

Helping train new employees and answering questions

Handling customer concerns and complaints

Troubleshooting issues with delivery services and customer orders

Making Blizzards, sundaes, cones, shakes, and other Chill products

Preparing and decorating cakes

Helping with food preparation and general restaurant duties

Keeping the restaurant clean and organized

Making sure food safety and DQ standards are being followed

Helping the team stay on track during busy periods

Communicating with managers about any issues or concerns

Completing opening and closing duties when scheduled We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking the lead.

You should be able to stay calm when things get busy, communicate well with both customers and employees, and be comfortable making decisions when a manager is not immediately available.

Previous restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Wage is based on previous experience.

This position is especially well suited for someone who wants some leadership experience while still having a schedule that can be built around school.

Evening and weekend availability will be required.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
