VFX project manager
Job description
Manage the tender and construction process, improve revenue opportunities, and develop relationships with clients and subcontractors. Review plans, formulate schedules and budgets, and handle project close out documents.
Hard requirements
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience working in a construction coordination/project management role
- Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings, specifications and documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including planning and prioritizing
- Effective customer service skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Team player willing to learn
Pay & benefits
- $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
