Job description
The ServiceNow Solution Architect provides expertise on the ServiceNow Now Platform to accelerate service modernization and AI adoption, supporting enterprise capabilities through implementations and governance.
Hard requirements
- Expertise with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, web services (REST/SOAP), scripting, and ACL configuration
- Ability to design integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, WorkFlow Data Fabric, and MID servers
- Knowledge of platform governance, promoting upgrade-safe configurations and adherence to out-of-the-box logic
