Job description
Quantum Recreation is expanding its team to research, analyze trends, and develop databases supporting strategic decision-making for recreation infrastructure including playgrounds, parks, campgrounds, and sports fields. This hybrid role involves conducting inspections, preparing planning documents, and analyzing data to support supervisors and managers.
Hard requirements
  • Holds a degree in Recreation, Business, Urban and Regional Planning, Geography, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in service delivery of recreation, research or community services, and planning environment with skills in benchmarking, program analysis, and data validation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, database applications, and desktop publishing.
  • Valid Driver?s License required.
  • Successful police check.
  • Must be able to occasionally handle items up to 50 lbs and frequently up to 35 lbs.
Pay & benefits
Starting at $25 per hour.
Flexible schedule.
Work format
Full-time.
80 hours bi-weekly.
Hybrid work model available with hands-on site visits across Canada.
