Job description
Direct and control daily operations for a janitorial or cleaning service company, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. Requires frequent travel to varying work locations and management of budgetary responsibilities up to $100,000.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business administration/management or facility management
- Own transportation and valid driver's licence
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, collaborative nature, analytical ability, and leadership
