community mental health counsellor
Job description
Provide solution-focused brief intervention counselling services to children, youth, and adults. Deliver clinical service delivery including initial assessments, evidence-based therapy, and collaborative service plans while maintaining accurate documentation.
Hard requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Social Work or Masters Degree in Psychology (or related discipline)
- Experience providing counselling to children, youth, and/or adults
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and youth
- Hold or eligible for a professional license or registration (e.g., Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers)
- Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Excellent oral, written, organizational and time management skills
Pay & benefits
- $32–$42/hr
