Job description
Manage overall farm operations and supervise more than 20 people in an outdoor tree and orchard fruit environment. Responsibilities include training trees, coordinating crop services, maintaining machinery, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Hard requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more experience
- Chemical application certificate or licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid driver's licence
- Criminal record check
- Reference required
- Experience with automated irrigation system, fertilizer applicator, sprayer or duster, tractor, vegetable or fruit harvester, and forklift
Pay & benefits
- $29–$35/hr
