Job description
The Casthouse Manager leads the safety, productivity, quality, and overall performance of aluminum casting operations, including billet and log production. This senior leadership role oversees people management, process optimization, and planning while building a high-performance culture.
Hard requirements
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or a related technical field is required
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in heavy manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing in a unionized environment is required
- Technical Training or Production Management training considered a strong asset
Pay & benefits
- $100K–$125K/yr
