Job description
The incumbent serves as a lead partner in management recruitment, developing and optimizing strategies to attract staff while acting as a strategic advisor on staffing initiatives.
Hard requirements
- University degree in marketing or business administration
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, marketing or client advisory services
- French essential and spoken English
- Knowledge of hospital recruitment issues and labour law
- Compliance with confidentiality rules established by the Vitalité Health Network
Pay & benefits
- $26–$60/hr
