extrusion foreman/woman - rubber and plastic manufacturing
Job description
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule production workers who operate processing machines to fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts. Recommend personnel actions, prepare reports, improve productivity, set up machines, train staff, and requisition materials.
Hard requirements
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Judgement, organized, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, values and ethics
- Attention to detail

- $28/hr
