Job description
The Director, Community Programs is a senior management role overseeing the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of all EYET community programs and services in accordance with its mandate and strategic plans. This position has responsibility for input to the agency's strategic agenda, direct leadership of programming and service delivery, financial oversight, and supervision of departmental program managers.
Hard requirements
- Experience participating in overall strategic planning and priority-setting for a non-profit or community organization.
- Ability to oversee program development, coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Skills in developing and managing departmental operating budgets and monitoring financial processes.
- Experience collaborating on the development of funding/grant proposals and negotiating funding agreements or service contracts.
- Ability to ensure well-developed human resource plans are in place and qualified staff are available.
Pay & benefits
- $111K–$120K/yr
